I recently had a building and pest inspection done by Trev and couldn’t be happier with the service. He truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. The report was very detailed, easy to understand, and gave me a lot of confidence moving forward.
I also had a few questions after receiving the report, so I gave Trev a call, and he was more than happy to take the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated his patience and honesty.

Having seen Quality and Care's paperwork during an inspection a few months ago it remained in the back of my head a great quality work. When it came to organising our own B&P I knew I wanted to see if these people were available 1st. To my surprise they got back within an hour and had an appointment within the short timeframe. Scheduling was a breeze the inspect was in-depth and we were told with great paperwork as well as in person things to fix in the future, urgency and what is solid. Would defiantly recommend Quality and Care to anyone who is looking for Building and/or Pest. Thank-you Trev!

Trev from quality and care Building inspections was very easy to deal with, and a very decent fellow.
He was also very thorough with his work and did not rush the job and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He is by far the most reasonable and affordable building and pest inspector out there!
