Very happy with the service provided by Quality and Care Building Inspections. Report was thorough and very easy to read. Provided within a short time following the inspection. We will be recommending him to our friends.

Great work from Trev, I had 130+ photos colour coded with severity of defects including comments explained and easy to understand. Picked up things that the untrained eye would miss. Report was same day and very extensive. Price was very good. Trev was able to assist at short notice, only a few days out from Practical Completion Inspection.

Trevor recently did a defect report on our newly built structure. Trev was so easy to communicate with and was on site the very next day. Trevor's expertise in the building industry was evident from the start, and he quickly identified the obvious defects and more! He took the time to explain his findings clearly and a comprehensive detailed report was sent to my inbox the same day. Without any hesitations, I would 100% call on Trevor for any future inspections.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a building and pest inspection done by Trev and couldn’t be happier with the service. He truly went above and beyond throughout the whole process. The report was very detailed, easy to understand, and gave me a lot of confidence moving forward. I also had a few questions after receiving the report, so I gave Trev a call, and he was more than happy to take the time to explain everything clearly and professionally. Nothing felt rushed, and I really appreciated his patience and honesty. Highly recommend Trev to anyone needing a reliable and thorough building and pest inspector. Great service, great communication, and an all-around great experience.

Having seen Quality and Care's paperwork during an inspection a few months ago it remained in the back of my head a great quality work. When it came to organising our own B&P I knew I wanted to see if these people were available 1st. To my surprise they got back within an hour and had an appointment within the short timeframe. Scheduling was a breeze the inspect was in-depth and we were told with great paperwork as well as in person things to fix in the future, urgency and what is solid. Would defiantly recommend Quality and Care to anyone who is looking for Building and/or Pest. Thank-you Trev!
